Description

This module provides an overview of adolescent care as it relates to substance use disorders (SUD). You will examine epidemiological trends, identify risk and protective factors and indicators of substance use in the adolescent population. Additionally, you will discover the appropriate screening and assessment tools for identifying SUD and explain the various pharmacological and evidence-based therapies for adolescents and young adults with SUD.

Module Objectives

After completing this module you will be able to:
